Vitiligo & Gluten

I have been tested for Gluten and Lactose. I'm not allergy for any of these. 

But anyway....will it help my Vitiligo to try a gluten & lactose diet ?

I read that some people it helped....but mayde they is allergyc.

advice?

Ah crap
