Yes but it only works in conjunction with other antioxidants. vitiligo is about overall antioxidant balance being disrupted. it is highly unlikely the 'cure' will be 1 single ingredient. things like carotenoids, Vits A,B,C,D,E, minerals, ALA etc all play a part.
also be careful with sun exposure as it increases UVR damage. is best used at night or where sun exposure is minimal, but it can still work in the skin.
I use Dr. Wanakee Hill's rapid pigmentation cream which has a base of coconut oil. When I use it as directed three times a day with 30 minutes of sun exposure each day, I get freckles within a few days.
I Ayurveda treatment..generally topical creams are suggested which might make skin rough and coconut oil is often suggested to us to smoothen the skin so that to re-pigment easily.
before i use vco every night,as lotion even to skin not affected b vitiligo, but i stop...and amzingly without anything i seen my patches going smaller, some are gone...no new patches...i removed all sour foods in my diet...

Tawny,
Do they stay or go away?
Does it work for hands?
Yes they stay and are getting bigger and growing together. I will try to upload pics today or tomorrow. And yes it is working on my hands.
Thanks.
