For about two months, February and March, I become so pale that my Vit is unnoticeable. 7 years ago when I was tanning for prom every day I never would have thought about how I would love to be pale all year round.

in my personal opinion and experience, no sunlight is better than direct/too bright sunlight....hate to say this, as I have always loved the sun, but it hasn't been my friend with this! I don't fear the early a.m. sun (say before 10 a.m.) or late afternoon (say after 4 pm) but all other times, I try to avoid it directly....kind of dreading summer this year, what a bummer...and I ALWYS wear spf of at least 30 a hat, and sunglasses....

Thank you! I tend to avoid the sun simply because it makes my Vitiligo less noticeable.

is it good to be in no sunlight area or with sunlight?
