I have had uvb therapies before but i honestly stopped trying to control my vitiligo. nothing really seemed to be helping.
For my psoriasis it did. It used to be really bad in 07-09 and it would crack my elbows to the point were they would bleed. It was horrible. I then tried steroid injections and it worked WONDERS. Since then I haven't had any outbreaks as bad. Since using steroid injections, I have been able to control it with a topical cream. The only major issue I have now is my scalp but olive oil massages help enough.

I have psoriasis too, nothing seems to be working. What home remedies are you using? I itch too much at night right before bed, it makes me cry.
