@jiamie Hands and Feet are very challenging. You might want to read the first paragraph of http://www.vithappens.com/index.php/2010/07/with-vitiligo-should-i-... It says"Let me begin by saying that the areas of our bodies with the fewest hair follicles such as the hands, feet, knees and elbows are the toughest areas to treat with any form UVB NB. It’s the hair follicles that harbor the last remaining melanocytes and it is the melanocytes that help color our skin."
That being said, there are some people who do have success with feet and hands but it can be areal challenge because of the lack of hair follicles.

@ judith- yup i im doing it 5 days in a week first i have no idea how many times i have to treat myself..at first i got burn my skin as well coz after i finish that area ill go back again and put the light again coz the area has big patch that is the reason i burn and it itchy also hehehe..i first noticed the changes after a month i saw some dark spot on my white patch.. but right now my feet and my hand are the very slow re pigmentation i dont know what is the reason why it takes time to re pigment them..how about yours? do you have it also in the feet and hands? hows the re pigmentation using ur uvb?
