Usually when I get home from work in the evenings around 5:30, I'll go ahead and put in on then. I always clean my face really well first. During the day, try to get at least 30 minutes a day in the sun. Use sunscreen but get some direct sunlight. I usually get an hour a day because I work at the school and we go out for 30 minutes am and pm. When you apply the protopic, apply it kinda thick and make sure to use it everyday no matter what!
