I've been out in the sun more recently so my face is getting darker and my spots are getting to be more noticeable (not really a good thing or a bad thing, just an observation lol)

Flavio, I don't do any treatments! I used to have a UVB light box but I didn't use it enough to justify the big unit taking up space in my house so I sold it. And thanks for the tip about that sunscreen, i do make sure to wear it whenever I go out.
