Hi, unfortunately I am not undergoing any treatment only taking centrum, fish oil abd vit b12 it's has stopped the spreading, I live in a small town if I was to do treatment I would have travel 3000km find accommodation plus child care I'm a single mom with 2 girls. It got worse last year , I was depressed and drowned my sorrows with alcohol which at the time not knowing much about vitilgo, now I've changed my life style I've stopped drinking. Eating a lot of fruit and veg stopped eating red meat I only eat chicken and my fav juice I make with celery carrot beetroot ginger and rock melon yum Now it's stopped spreading
Hi jam , im done it that last year using uvb and b12. And then i stop treating it last november. Nawala na naman ung na repigment. Di ko na nasundan ung treatment kc busy sa work. But continue taking b12.
