Thanks, Tina. this place is about 1 mile from my house...we have a forested butte just at the south edge of town. It was foggy in town, but at the top of the butte it was sunny and 15 degrees warmer (inversion). And of course, in Oregon the forests are so wet they are classified as "rainforests".
so cool, great photo....I used to hike back over the summer (earlier months) and it is pretty amazing to feel the nature all around you and take it all in....very humbling and awesome experience.
