My 12 year old Cel was diagnosed with segmental vitiligo at 2 years of age. To this day she will not wear shorts or share with anyone about her vitiligo. We tried phototherapy along with steroid and saw no repigmentation with that only with steroid use and currenlty using Scyter coal tar foam 2% along with steroid cream every other day and have repigmented with that but it's a long & slow process.
