Yes it was uvb-nb, and it worked amazingly, but it was to much up keep, I would go 3 times a week. Also its not permanent, so once I stopped going I lost my color again. Plus I don't miss the burns and sometimes blistering that occured occasionally. In the end... It just was'nt worth it to me anymore, I am comfortable in my skin
