I have heard about Folic Acid, B12 and gingko biloba..I've just started taking the Folic Acid and been taking B12 but it's too soon to tell if there's a difference...but I'll def let you know if I see an inprovement...
I just got your note. Sorry I didn't see it sooner. Vitamin C applied topically can increase depigmentation. Sometimes vitamin C is found in skin creams so avoid those.
Recouleur tablets easily snap in half by hand. You can also cut or grind the tablet.
