About Me:

My youngest daughter has vitiligo (she is 8), and I am interested in connecting with other parents of children with vitiligo. She copes pretty well with her "spots". They've continued to spread as she has gotten older, and are most visible in the summer months (she is caucasian). My hope is that some day she will have the opportunity to meet other children with vitiligo.

    Hi Jane,

    Nice to meet you. My daughter is 7 too! She was just diagnosed in May. What are you currently doing to treat it. We do protopic twice a day.

    Hi Jane,
    Nice to meet you. Yes I think sometimes she feels that way too.. even though she is an outgoing kid still. She has had it very good still at school and we have not run in to kids picking on her, although that is my fear of course as she gets older. She would love to have another pen pal to write to. :) If you have a facebook too let me know.
