About Me:

My name is Dee and i'm 24 years old and I was diagnosed with Vitiligo 2 years ago. No one in my family has it but I've now got it my hands, feet, torso and my face and blotched areas. I am a waitress and working with my hands all the time I notice people looking at my hands all the time, I wish people would just ask! haha I am more than happy to talk about it. My boyfriend Chris and I have been dating for 4 1/2 years and we have a little condo close to the beach and I've got two cats and a bearded dragon :)

    Danielle,

    I MUST update my blog. They cut off all insurance coverage for vit since it is "just" cosmetic! They should get a few spots ( wouldn't wish it upon anyone) but whoever came up with that conculsion was wrong. Anyway, I did several appeals, with no progress. I started my own uvb lite at home treatment last July faithfully and it is working really well!
