Well lets see here...I am 26 yrs old...I have a job that I love (wish it would pay more)...I love going out and having a good time with my family and friends...I am thinking about going to college...I like going to the bars/clubs...go dancing....love football and hockey....also I love going camping..sittin by the fire....4 wheelin...I dont know what you tell you guys lol..any questions just ask!....I have had vitiligo since I was about 4 and it was just on my elbows knees and ankels...now in the past few years it has just been spreading all over..It is hard for me to deal with at times and I know it is not the worst thing to have but it really messes with my confidende...its really hard now that its summer!...Well I hope to make some new friends on here...its nice to talk to someone who is going through the same thing as you are! Also in August of 08 I found out that I had thyroid cancer...so that September I had surgery and had my thyroid removed....then about a month after that I had to drink this radioactive iodine to kill the rest of the cancer that was left....so as of now I am cancer FREE!!!

    also i have got spray tan on my face and chest in my display picture and i done that myself with just a can one :D

    Hello, spray tanning is really good to cover vitligo. i work in a tanning salon so a lady there does it and ive used it for years! the lighter you are the easyier it is im quite dark so when she does it she has to put alot on! if you was to get this done by a person say to them to go over the white patches first let it dry for a few mins then go all over skin uncluding brown skin and it evens it out much better. and of course if theres any little bits you notice then just say to go over it. let me know if you have it done and how it went :D you will love it x

    Cheryl my dear, it is well. I understand it when you said you are single again. It may be hard, but I* tell you what, you have to face reality and brace up to it and move on. I was in Love and in a beaudtiful relationship till sometime in 2005 which coincided with my first year of Vitiligo, we broke or rather he left me when I needed him most, I ws so hard on myself, emotionally depressed and all that, you know what it did to me, it didnt bring him back rather gave more serious more white patches, funnily today we are friends and I can only imagined how I ever was in a relationship with him. He appears so shallow and uninteresting to me now, what happened Vitiligo helped me to identify myself, learnt to love and accept myself and ultimately know my self worth.
    It may seem like its the end of the world, but it might actually be the beginning of it. Am 35, never married, not in a relationship, but living life to the full that if you are married and stay around me...there is possibility that you may want to be single again...lol
    Al am saying is that another will come especially if you want. Conquer with....Positive Attitude.

    it wasnt too bad. I actually got a pretty good deal, i happened to walk into a parlor that was having a $10 off piercing's special, so i only paid $50 :D
