    I think most of us feel the same way...  Sometimes I wish people would just come up to me and ask...  Also I see people with vitiligo and am leery about approaching them.  Attitude has a lot to do with how you handle things and stress definitely makes things worse.  I've had this for 20 years plus and make the most of it...  Hang in there.  You have a great attitude.
