hello my name is Theresa I am 24 years old I have struggled with vitiligo for about 12 years now. For a long time I was in denial about the disease but now that it is getting worse I am seeking help. I find it a daily struggle to be happy and I am always stressing out about how I can hide my spots. Every time I discover a new one I feel like it is the end of the world! I really am looking forward to talking to other people who are going through the same thing as me none of my family or friends really understand what I am going through they all think I am being dramatic!

I completely understand your feelings. However, you need to be strong and be a friend of yourself. Being a friend of yourself you will be able to talk to yourself and release your stress.
You're not being dramatic. The emotional toll of Vitiligo is harsh--but you'll find some real relief talking with others here who've found ways to accept and in some cases overcome those feelings. Welcome!
