Thanks for the welcome, Cawanda. My 4 year old baby girl has Vitiligo. Her pediatrician misdiagnosed it earlier as Pityriasis Alba and just asked me to wait for it to go away. It kept getting worse and my daughter started losing pigment on her face, knees and elbows. I saw a dermatologist last week who prescribed Protopic. I feel very sad about this whole thing yet encouraged that she is young, and hopefully a cure will be found soon. I am glad to be here, I feel I am not alone in this unfortunate condition.
