About Me:

I've had vitiligo for 11 years and I'm about 50 percent brown and white. My Mother had vitiligo and has lost all her pigment. I also have 2 cousins with it as well. I accept my condition and like discussing it with others. I think educating people is important. Sometimes, people are just too shy to ask what is happening to your skin. I sort of don't understand the obsession by some of a cure, as I accept my vitiligo and just deal with the rest.
