saw ur comment today... oh i am vegetarian from start so don't know.
If you have gluten or lactose intolerance or are allergic to it can try leaving for a while... re: non-veg only reason i see could be digestion/metabolism , if its good in your case and your are exercising... don't think it should trouble you..
do try taking multivitamins, antioxidants , b12 supplements they help.
