    i have my own uvb light so i don't even go to the dermatologist. i guess it's a good idea to go see one but honestly for me it's a waste of time. i think i'm doing alright now by doing my own treatment since it's working for me :)
    and as for my life..it doesn't affect me so much right now since all my spots are hidden like on my underarms and back of neck so no one sees them, but it does suck that i can't lift my arms up when i have a tank top on :(..so yeah it does affect me in that way. does vitiligo affect your life a lot? do your friends all know you have it?

    ohh that is a pretty long time! i had mine since i was 15 and my spots are spreading slowly which is good.
    im from Burnaby! 
    my mom got the uvb light from Solarcsystem.com. it is a double light so it has a lot of power and it's from Ontario. are you using any treatment right now?
