  • right, I've seen enough positive stuff about ginkgo to give it a try so I've just ordered a 1-a-day 140mg supplement to add to my regime! Interestingly, I recently bought some pills that contain l-tyrosine, PABA and Copper but when I take them and head out into the sun, my 'normal' skin tans but the vit doesn't, so it just looks worse! As for tan and stuff, just experiement with different products until you find one that suits you. I've got very fair skin so I find the gradual tan moisturisers applied just on the vitiligo gives enough colour to blend in with my natural skin tone. Sorry, not tried camouflage make-up so can't comment.
  • i've been taking ginko biloba and l-tyrosine for a few weeks and haven't noticed any difference.. goodluck though
    • What doses are you taking? The research I've read suggests 40mg three times per day. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12780716
