I have vitiligo its starting to spread all over my hands and feet, also the sides of my mouth. I have tried all kinds of steroid but no results. I have read that Eastern Medicine have a cure for vitiligo? Can anybody share or if anyone knows anything that can help suppress the spread at least ?

Have you tried taking the capsules orally? and have you had any success with the treatment so far...?

I read in the study they used DMSO for the applying agent, but I'm not sure how to to get piperine or if regular black pepper will work and in what amounts. Try to find the study. I saw in online awhile back. Sorry I can't be more helpful. I'm taking piperine orally labeled bioperine 10mg. I've only been taking it for a few weeks- so no results to report yet.

I crush 1 pill and mix with moisturizing lotion
then apply to areas of your skin without pigment
you may also want to try mixing in chickpeas and psoralea corylifolia
