I was a runner in 2008 where I accomplished races of 8km, 22km, and 30km. Among my circle of friends, I'm the only one that can say "I ran 30km!!! did you?? LOL.
After that I got really hooked into bodybuilding. I know how uncontrollable vitiligo is, but when I'm in the gym, I feel that I'm in control of my physique.
"accept the things you cannot change, have the courage to change the things you can and have the wisdom to know the difference "
I read this quote all the time and I hold it very dear to me. I hope you guys can use it too!

I totally agree with this, working out and staying in shape is one things that definitely helps me. Because I tell myself I may have some white spots on my body but I am in far better shape than the people I know.
Congrats on the 30 km that is amazing.
Hi Aaron, do you mind sharing your diet? especially if it's one for vitiligo and to control the spread.
Thanks:)
More power to you all, but when I have "Dark Days".. A little retail therapy and self pampering always seems to do the trick.
