    N-UVB seems to be part of the standard treatment for people with Vit in my area. It is usually in combination with steroid cream, etc. I met someone that had done just UVB and he said it took 5 years for all, except a patch on his bicep, to re pigment. So it is more effective, with a shorter time frame, when combined.
