  If your VIT is stable in spite of taking Vitamix - then that proves me wrong. But I think it is the acidity of Vit C that is bad for us. If you find out anything more - please let me know too. Thanks Ahmed !!!

  Just to say - I saw that Vitamix plus contains 150mg of Vitamin C. I have read some say that Vit C makes Vitiligo worse. So, you ought to check that one out too. TC.

  I am used to having it I have had it for about 10 years now. I look for the art in it. Over the years I have noticed different designs. For instance I have a star on the inside of my arm a smiley face on my elbow and on my forearm I had several spots that looked like squares that had some freckling in them that looked like dice. The dice are gone nowdays but they were cool while they lasted. It's kinda like having tattoos that go away.
