I'm in the operation department in my company. i have experienced self esteem and mentally affect because of vitiligo on my neck and continuous spreading., my job is to inter-act people i need this job for my family, but sometimes my self confidence at low. i need some suggestion to overcome this feelings.

Rusty, over time you'll find that your self-esteem doesn't have to be related to your Vitiligo, but that's not easy to understand if you haven't experienced it yet. I learned that when refused to let my V define me, that the more positive and confident I was, the more people responded positively to me. Even though my Vitiligo is pretty noticeable, people tell me they don't notice it--I think that's because my personality is foremost. Good luck, we're rooting for you!
