    Hi Preet, Sorry i am late in responding. It's been a while since i got on this website. I got vitiligo patch last year on my neck. I started Homopathy right away. I have got at lest 70% pigmentation back and haven't got any more spots (thank god). I do think mine was caused by lot of stress. Try to keep your stress level in check and be positive. Let me know if you need to know anything else.
