Even at 66, I am a woman who I loves to walk for miles, pretty much daily, on our Oregon beaches with my 2 dogs. I also love writing, water color pencil drawing and beading. Feeding the birds in our forested yard. Listening to Jazz standards with my beloved husband. Also enjoy reading. I have a medical condition diagnosed as Hypothalmic Disortder which seems to be part and parcel with Auto-immune Thyroid Disease and Vitiligo. Along with this I struggle with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and Electrical Sensitivity. I am newly studying Emotional Freedom Techniques, a fascinating and awesome tool for coming to grips with one's inner workings, and life challenges. A spirituaol seeker, I lean toward the concepts of the Unity Churtch, and embrace other spiritual approaches as well.
