  I am sure the group will help you too !!! I read your discussion now and what you use - UVB - and I have heard it has helped many, though I have not tried it myself. I use Protopic and a steroid cream alternatively. And I take vitamin B12 and Folid Acid. You may have read, that many in the group take it.
