  Hi Alena !!! I too take b12 and folic acid. If you have vitiligo on your face, you can try the Protopic Ointment, This is what I use, and it has helped me and others in this group. Steroid cream is used at initial stages of vitiligo, if the white patches are small. You can ask your doctor about it. Check out treatment options in this web link.   Hi Alena !!!! How long have you had vitiligo ??? And what medicine are you taking ??? Are you seeing a good dermatologist ???
