YES, in my case wounds helped vitiligo to grow fast, as it stared from d wounds n sprade around the wound area, so nowdays I'm very carefull abt skin, avoid scratches n wounds!

thats how i get 90% of my spots ugh its hard for them to come back plus they spread like wild fire
