what are we consuming?

I would like for everyone who wants, to reply everything you are eating and drinking. I am getting to the bottom of this. Pretty sure i got most of it figured out but this would help solidify and strengthen my hypothesis so please take some time to just write down everything your consuming for example cereal, potatoes, bread, desserts, fruits, vegetables, dairy, meats, beverages ect.. and try to be specific for example lets say meat in the form of hot dogs or packaged sandwich meats. For dairy specify what kind.. Diet is major in healing against every disease in biology... and at the end please add where your vitiligo process stands whether its stable reversing or progressing. Hope to see some responses.

    In  my case I am following paleo autoimmune diet since 2'5 months ago, so I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, meat and fish. I still don't see any improvement, but my skin in general seems better.
