WANTED TO BUY: Used NB UVB Phototherapy Light Panel

I want to buy a USED Panasol 6' or equivalent Nb UVb phototherapy light panel. The new ones are too expensive and my insurance will pay for it for home patient use only for psoriasis but not for vitiligo, which as you know they consider "a cosmetic problem."
