My son developed vitiligo last fall it started with 2 dime size spots on neck now its spread on neck and legs hands eyelid small spot by lips and now has grey hair on scalp! I use elidel and lidex! Neck has some repigment however it started to progress on hands and now fingers are depigmented, any ideas in what else to do he is only 9 yr old!

Sorry it goes really fast..see his blood test for B12 and other vitiligo asocited minirals and vitamins..try to controll the emotinal stress don`t show him your stress.
Normally children repond fast for treatments..Good luck!
