I have dealt with Vitiligo off and on since i was 5 years old...I have never had any treatment wore any make up...It seems to be getting worse the older i get, but at the same time its filling in older areas daily...I feel that its going to run its course regardless...Im very healthy i have none of the autoimmune diseases that they claim vitiligo comes from and I have no family history....Maybe its me that will help them find a cure...who knows!! I dont care what people think about me...Living life to the fullest and not letting Vit consume me!!!

All of us Vit sufferers have to stick together. We're our own family, no matter what our original origins. We're all spotted brothers and sisters. take your strength from that. We are not alone. We may have begun life as black, white, yellow, red and brown. But we're all the same now.

Believe me, I hit rock bottom with Vitiligo and let it consume me. Now, I'm taking back control of my life.
We may look a little differently, and have to live a little differently but we're just as good as anyone else in this world!
