Hi Simran,
our daughter has had vitiligo for over a year & we are part of a wonderful support group based in Sydney. Some of our members are expriencing repigmentation after years of living with vitiligo. We meet every few
months, its very worthwhile if you can make
it. You can get in touch & find out about
next meeting by checking the website: www.vitiligoaustralia.com or send me another note & we can get in touch.
wishing you all the very best
I'm really sorry for what you're suffering Simran but you shouldn't let people bring you down. Try to make friends if possible or just be friendly. I don't know if you go to school or not but if you do, it's usually easier to make friends there. Also, just try to be confident. When people see that you don't care about your vitiligo, they won't either. It was the same with me when it started: I was so deeply afraid but then I realized that my true friends are only those who won't care and guess what? The people who truly mattered in my life didn't care about it. Just try to be more positive and see where life leads you.
simran
your reaction is quite natural,
however vitiligo is treatable depending upon the extent of the disease,
we do melanocyte transplant surgery to get rid of vitiligo
as you mentioned you were from india let me what you would think about this
you can run through my web site www.noblevitiligoclinic.com
