  • Ben Fuchs talks about this too. Its a tri-peptide composed of three amino acids, glutamine cysteine and glycine. Very important stuff. Id use NAC, glycine from bone soup, and glutamine powder.

    • Thank you! I think the best way to get that are from natural food; however if we are too busy to get natural food, rainbow salad, omg-3. Eggs grass feed beef, Nuts, those supplement are helpful, I might order some to try.

        As a matter of fact, everybody should take them (preemptively)  according to the Doctor, since everybody is exposed to oxidative stressors all the time...
