- how much do you drink a day and what? (i.e 4 cups of water, 1 cup of beer)

- do you feel like you are a: stranger, outsider ; foreigner; dont belong?
- also, how was your emotinal state before and during your vitiligo development(when it first started)?

The reason for the question is that most of friends have done some diet adjustments after vitiligo was triggered.
