Hello. I have had vitiligo for two years now. It rapidly spreading on my chin moving upward, finger tips to fingers and hand , toes and Side of feet, elbows and knees. I'm 41. And I'm trying to chasing my diet. Increasing the fruits and veggies and cutting out meat. Last weekend I noticed what appeared to be 4 sun spots above my lip. The area around and above my lip has been WHITE all summer. Is this even possible? Would love to hear from others

Moderate sun is good ..but dont get burn, Why do you stopp eating meat? we need meat coz it is good Source of vitamin B....There is no any evidence which shows that diet is conected to vitiligo..as long as you have no alergi we need to ear every thing regular in order to get all vitamins and minerals which Our body needs to function well.
It is only some Ayorvedicians and homopats who forbid meat under treatment..God knows if it helps.
If it's red because you get a lot "bad sun", it's not good. If it's red because of sun before 10AM anf after 5PM, it might be good. Anyway, pink is better than red.
