Diagnosed a year ago May @ 40. It's gotten worse by 200%. In one year. I live a very stressful life. Thinking I've some how caused this. Can I change it?

    Hello, I live in Houston. I have had some luck with UVB light box treatment regaining pigment. Basically sitting in a special light box a couple of minutes 2-3s a week.i have been doing it for 2 months, started seeing progress. I think a controlled light exposure is better for you vs going out in the sun. This sun down in texas can really leave you at risk for skin cancer.
