I have noticed that my Vitiligo is spreading really rapid all of a sudden...I have never been to a dermatologist, do u think going now will help or slow down the progression? Or does anyone have any make-up or cover up ideas thanks

the best option to stop the spread is with steriods, immuno supressives ,or immuno modulatory medicines
a derm should be able to help you out on this

You have to see derm, If the vitiligo is very active they may describe a sort of steroid for short period of time like 4 weeks to arrest the vitiligo, later on you can try protopic which may help.
Have you changed any life style or diet lately?
Good luck

Along with proper treatment
Vitamin B12 and folic acid
A good quality of antioxidants to 'support' the immune system
Diet, mainly veggies may help too.
But, you need to bare in mind that vitiligo is an individual thing, and it's hard to pin-point what makes it spread/slow down its progression. So this may/ may not work for you.

Vitiligo is such a mysterious disorder because depending on the individual it can spread fast or it can spread slow
