Some come... others go...

I have noticed that some of my spots are gone --small ones-- BUT I'm getting new ones... How can this be?... Does this happens to you?... I thought if it is spreading, it meant "spreading"... not getting new spots while others are disappearing... I CANNOT understand this!!!....

i feel as though my eyes play tricks on me. One day i feel like i see a spot of color then the next day it looks like it's gone.
