I have recently realized that my vitiligo spreads profusely when I worked third shift. During this time I did not get much sleep - like 4-5 hours. Also, I recently read that MJ had a problem with imsomnia.
How much sleep do you get on a regular bases?
Have you noticed that your vitiligo spread during times when you were not getting sleep on a regular basis or or less than your normal sleep amount?
I know that this is subjective since everyone requires different amounts of rest.

I can tell you lack of sleep is definitely one of the triggers for me. On one occasion, I got a new spot from a night of staying up. The body, I think, reads it as stress, and we all know how stress can be a trigger. I suggest getting an eye mask. I also have blackout curtains. The sun being out can make it difficult to get all the sleep you need, assuming you are giving yourself the time sufficient for a good sleep in the first place.
