Hi everyone, I have attached a photo on my page of the start of re-pigmentation. This is through nutritional therapy only, supplements and good diet and sunlight. No crazy creams or machines required. I am not selling anything I just wanted to post proof for those that might be feeing disheartened. These patches started 5 years ago and have started showing colour. I am also losing colour in other places but I'm sure you"ll agree its pretty exciting to prove its possible! Peace all!
hello I have up loaded a couple more photos of repigmenting.
the photo quality is not great tbh but there is definitely more freckle action going on!
tips ...fresh dark leafy greens
alkalize with chlorella or spirulina
vit d
eha/dha - good quality
skin hydration - organic! most creams have preservatives brighteners amd crap in them. coconut oil or jojoba, vit e aloe etc
most important - probiotics. no antihistamine s or OCP
little sunshine every day. important ot freckles will fade again
b careful with sun exposure as chlorella etc makes u more sensitive.
photo doesn't do justicecsn see more with naked eye. slow progress is still ptogress !@
That's fantastic Erin! My daughter is also showing some repigmentation on spots, and some new slight depigmentation on her face. We're also going the natural route, using a Nutrition loving dermatologist, and recently a homeopath, using supplements and a homeopathic remedy. We'll see what the future brings. :)
I have spoken to a nutritionist today she is confident a good diet will help my vitilgo. I have to go on a juice diet for a week and then go to see hrr for some testscwill let you know howcit goes.
Hi ted the main fhings to eat are leafy green, folates no synthetic food or preservatives. Keep akaline balance. Also taking probiotics very helpful for absorption of nutrients.
Supplements are vitamins d, high quality omega 3 pil and a supplement such as spirulina or chlorella seems to be key as they have so many other minerals etc included. as well as little sunshine, every day.
Very important to get regular testing of levels with GP help as over supplementation can be dangerous.
For me I had been taking antibiotics, the pill, vaccines and alcohol all of which block folate absorption.
Good luck

Absolutely! I have done UVB therapy but I would absolutely NOT recommend this for fair skin people. It has left me extremely sun sensitive and aged my skin significantly on my face and I get little red mole-like thigs when I go in the sun too long. Nutrition is the way to go. Hana - have a look on my profile page. It's only early days but its progress!
