Please pay attention to the following ten points about prevention and health care of Vitiligo:
1. Please strike a proper balance between work and leisure, keep a good mood, and not take VC.
2. Please eat more beans and its products at ordinary times. You can eat bean products(such as black beans, etc.), black sesame , peanuts, walnuts,shellfish( eg:clams oysters, etc) cuttlefish, turtles, sea cucumbers, kelp, celery, eggplants, leeks, portulaca, etc. If people frequently eat these food, vitiligo can be prevented.
3. Strengthen physical exercise to promote the system recycling capacity, and improve body energy
4. Be relaxed mentally, avoid excessive tension, fatigue and mental stimulation .
5. The clothes should be wide and big enough for the body, especially underwear. Belt should loosen. You”d better wear cotton underwear, not with chemical fiber.
6. Avoid trauma, friction, and oppression. Do not force to rub when taking a shower.
7. Avoid touching phenol and phenolic compounds, such as monobenzyl ether of hydroquinone .
8. Avoid insolating in strong sunlight for a long time.
9. Please treat the skin disease, such as atopic dermatitis ,dermatitis , insect bites in time.
10. The patients should not use external medicine which contain irritant ingredients, and the treatment of ultraviolet ray in expanding period.

Thank you for a very good advice... it remaids me to take care , fish is good as it is a very good source of omega 3... we can eat every thing ..the key is don`t over do it...varaity is important.
