my take on short lived results..

First of all, all disease is cell disease no matter what flavor. So, if we are in a breakdown state (which most of us are), then only temporary results will be seen if any at all... But,, if we eliminate cell disease (in our case vitiligo and possibly more diseases) by giving the cells what they want/ need, its a no brainer for the body to do what it was designed to do and that is regenerate.. its very complex but also kinda easy to understand once you learn some things.. also 80% of our immune systems are our digestive tracts. If that is messed up(which it us in so many of us) than what do you think is gonna happen to the other 20%? And diet dies play a veryimport role in disease so dont let ANYONE tell you differen! buuut the giid thing is, if you kniw what to consume, its actually pretty easy heal against ANY disease.. So once you fix digestion, (which there is a ton of things you can do for it) eat right, and get all of the nutrients and maybe some accessory nutrients for your body, i believe it will repigment itsself pretty easy.. ive seen it with a few people now who did almost exactly that. but start listening tothe bright side. The guy knows what hes talking abiut. Basically you can make any autoimmune disease better by correcting digestive health aling with nutri nutritional supplements. No antacids! Ever orprescriptions unless its for vit but even them are toxic. Like protopic and other creams ect. the only time i would want to use protopic is if im promoting real healing regenerating nutrifying detoxifying oxygenating health. At my cell level which in that case you probably wouldnt need protopic! Ill talk more about diet, digestion, other important systems andsupplements for them systems n stuff later. I hate typing long stuffs on my phone

  • Have you learned any specifics on what to eat and what not to eat?  I have done a lot of research on the food we eat as well, although, you see a lot of information that is conflicting.  You see people saying don't eat red meat all over the place, but with the paleo diet you can eat red meat.  It is all very confusing.  I have started with taking gluten out of my diet, but I'm thinking this weekend I will start a strict paleo diet.  I am trying to find what to take to supplement the diet though.  I think this link here has some good info.

      • I have heard of the wheat connection for sure(gluten) and on a lesser extent, dairy.  Both grains and dairy are out of my diet right now.

    • Lots of green leafy vegetables. They should make up the majority of your caloric intake. And if your gonna eat cruciferous veggies, steam them so they dont help mess up your thyroid. If you can eat eggs with out problem, do it. And i know ive seen dont eat red meat alot too and i believe i know why this is.. meat protein is more difficult to digest and one whos digestive system is messed up like ours might make the problem worse if you dont kbow what your doing.. we need to make sure were digesting the stuff or yes the proteins are gonna get to tge blood via leaky gut (heal tthis) and cause more trouble..

      Raise stomach acid
      Chew food
      Take probiotics (atleast 80 billion units a day and multiple strains)
      Take digestive enzymes protease for protein,, lipase for fat ect.. do some research
      Take apple cider vinegar with every meal to help promote stomach acid.
      Take pancreatin
      Use bile salts
      Use lecithin
      build up glutathione levels (bodies master antioxidant system) with the three precursors cysteine, glycine, and glutamine.. glutamine also helps repair a leaky gut. Make bone soup as this also helps sooth and repair a leaky gut. Aloe juice does too.. theres so many things we can do to just heal a sick body! For fiber get a coffe grinder and grind your own flax seeds.

      I have yet to put my protocol up but its only because i want it to be perfect and understandable to everyone. Eliminate all grains, dairy, processed food, sweets, all the junk food soda ect.. and make make make sure your raising your stomach acid, getting the probiotics (and dont be cheap about these get the good ones), using enzymes and everything i mentioned. Just do some research too "bone broth and leaky gut" or "healing leaky gut" what ever. Low stomach acid and leaky gut..

      Some supplements that are high on my list
      -b complex plus liquid b12
      -Zinc (picolinate form) 50 mg a day
      -Selenium
      -2-3 mg of copper
      -NAC (critical antioxidant precursor for glutathione)
      -Glutamine (same as above plus leaky gut help)
      I also eat some coconut oil with my fatty meals and when i use the fat soluble nutrients
      -Fatty vitamins include vitamns d, e, a, and k. If your not absorbing fat well (which most of us have a problem in this area), then you'll probably be deficient here too. The enzymes, bile salts, lecithin, pancreatin all help with fat digestion and absorbtion. You dont wanna over eat either and careful with some of paleo recipies as alot of them probably include some bad carbs like pastas and stuff. Think green leafy veggies, meat (im probably gonna start eating more chicken), eggs, a tiny bit of fruit :(. And yea ill have to add more later when i really throw my plan down on paper. Sorry wish i could just write it all out but. Its gonna be a bit lengthy and i want it to be perfect first. Hope some of this helps tho and also tyrosine is another big one or its precursor phenylalanine.
      • Thanks for the info, I'm definitely going to use it to continue my research on the diet part of this and if you don't mind continue to pick your brain.  I also read that nightshade vegetables would be a huge problem as well.  As for the red meat, I wonder if it wouldn't be a problem if  people ate grass fed red meat instead of the garbage you buy at the store.

        Also, are there any multivitamins that you know of that would have most of the supplementation required for vitiligo sufferers?

He doesnt talk about vitiligo specifically but its irrelevant when it comes down to it so if you got an hour to llisten, do it and tell me what you think.

        • Yes Definitely, any food shouod be organic and yes wild, grass fed or pastured meats/eggs ect only. General grocery stores have probably 98% toxic food. When i go to super Wal-Mart the closest thing to heathy is the damn vegetables and still, are ran dry of nutrients and toxic because of modern farming techniques. Supplementation is critically important because of this madness. So yea when i go to Wal-Mart, i dont even know what to eat lol gotta make my way to tge health food store which can be difficult. Oh yea i use sauerkraut too because fermented vegetables have beneficial probiotics in them as well.

          You know i still have to look more into the multi vitamins but i take a multi mineral plus still supplement with zinc, all 4 of the fat soluble vitamins (d,e,a,k), b complex, sublingual b12, selenium, tyrosine, glutamine, NAC, enzymes, apple cider vinegar, probiotics, i also got vitamineral. Its a green superfood powder which has a ton of stuff in it. Its a complete food meaning it has a little bit of everything vitamins, minerals, probiotics, enzymes.. one lady i know used this as PART of her own protocol ALONG WITH A GOOD DIET (talking to everyone here)and shes reversed virtually 100% i know two other girls who reversed theirs too from going the natural route. Makes alot of sense once you learn some stuff.

          If you wanna get hardcore and really learn alot about health and how the body regenerates, listen to tge bright side. Ive learned a ton from this radio show.
      • Oh yea also dont drink city tap water because its got fluoride and other crap in it. Probably dont want to use commercial tooth pastes either because of tge poisons in that shit too. Excuse my French but it pisses me off the way we are treated in todays world. 95% of the food is toxic. Seriously.. when people go to the doctors for "medical" conditions, they will perscribe literally poisons that suppress and poison tge part of the immune system that has responded defensively and created a symptom or a "disease" because something is wrong and not targeted symptom causes. They do NOT, EVER,, go for the underlying causes that are the problem. We simply have an unhealthy body that is STARVING, TOXIC and SUFFOCATING.. Thats it. We dont need tests done. We are gonna be deficient in alot of stuff which is sad but true. if you just eat right and supplement right, we'll heal easily. Unless your so far gone that you need medical intervention because your about to die say from aggresive cancer or diabetes ect. This and getting a broken arm fixed is an example of heroic medical intervention. Modern medicine has no part to play when it comes to our god givin health at the damn cellular level.. we desire nutrition and natural substance to get to homeostasis. the medical model makes mmoney off of our ill health.. this is why theres no such thing as a cure for anything.. because they cant cure us when all they do is poison us. There's no money in telling you what to eat and supplement with. also why there studies are scarce.
  • Agreed. Anybody who listens to his show regularly will be more knowledgeable than 97% plus of medical doctors. Its biochemistry and its pretty amazing.
