Sometimes I can be really concious about my patches and then other days I'm not..The hardest thing is looking at others girls who don't have it and wishing I were them...

This is going to sound trite, but with decades of life experience behind me, I think I can say it. You never know the things other people are going through or dealing with, and if you really knew you'd likely not trade places with them. As you get older you discover there are traps--very difficult ones--for people who are physically beautiful; traps that can make it hard for them to find fulfillment in deeper ways.
