What is the best non surgical treatment of lip and finger tip vitiligo? has anybody has any success improvement? I know its difficult to treat. Just wondering if anyone found a way. :)

I wish I knew the answer to your question. I applied to be part of Vitiligo Skin Pigment Cell Transplantation Study at The Henry Ford Center in Detroit which is described on this site:
and was rejected for this reason. The reason was that people with Vitiligo on their lips or finger tips usually do not respond to surgical treatments and that for those that do, they soon have a relapse.
Therefore, I am wondering whether we would even respond to less evasive non surgical ones? I really hope that someone will come up with a effective treatment that works for people with finger tip and lip Vitiligo in the future.

Is tattooing considered as non-surgical treatment? If you've a darker complexion, cosmetic tattooing on the lips might work. Google 'cosmetic tattoo for vitiligo' and you'll find loads of info….
