Is this Vitiligo

For about 1 ½ year ago i noticed a white spot on my penis. Today the spot is the same size...so no growing.

But now i have these white spots on my left & right hand. Theres no other white spots on my body exept the penis.

So....is this Vitiligo or what ?

I'm 37 years old. Some people says that Vitiligo appears in years between 0-30 year.

    I went to a dermatologist today. Yes it is Vitiligo.

    The doctor said  its good i noticed it now.....because this is the very early starting stage of Vitiligo. He was also amazed that i have it now (37 years old) and never had it before. 

    He give me a skin creme Betnovate. He told me just use it only on the white spots. I hope it will work. He told me that maybe it will NOT spread to other places on my body or face. Because the spots are very small round. 

    But maybe its my fault that i have Vitiligo now. Whole my life i was eating and drinking things like this : 

    Pizza, burgers,White bread,Sausages,Coca Cola,Acid drinks,Smoking Cigarretes,Drinking Beers,Red Meat. Drinking normal water was maybe once a week. 

    Yes.....i was only eating and drinking whole NON healthy things. And never took a Vitamin.

    So i have a question for your friends what things i should eat and NOT eat now.....since i have Vitiligo. What are yours diet suggestings ? 

    Please help me God so i can get rid of these white spots.

    Looks like tinea versicolor to me, but only because mine doesn't look/spread like that. Glad you have an appointment.

    It could be, but from your photos the spots on your hand are only small so it's hard to tell. Usually you would see more 'patchy' spots with irregular borders. Go see a dermatologist, it could be something else? Also vit can occur at any age....

      Yes they are very small white spots.

      I also have this one on my right hand.

      I'm gonna go to a dermatologist in 2 weeks. I hope its not Vitiligo.

      And next week my doctor will take some blod tests.

      My doctor says that it doesent look like Vitiligo, it could also be some low vitamin.
